File types: for translation purposes editable formats are preferable (e.g. Microsoft Office .docx/.doc, PowerPoint .pptx/.ppt etc.). Other types of documents (e.g. PDFs) can still be translated, but may require an initial conversion process. I am very happy to advise you on this.

If your files are larger than 50 MB, you could use your cloud storage service such as Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive to send me a link to the file. Or you could use a service such as WeTransfer.

Please note that texts sent via normal e-mail are unencrypted by their very nature. If you’d like to send your text to me another way, I am happy to arrange this – just let me know!
